Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Certain items require to be special ordered from the manufacturer or from our suppliers. In cases of unusual order delays, we will provide notification with an estimated time frame for shipment.
Upon order shipment, the order status will indicate shipment and the shipping courier along with tracking number, which may be used to track the location of the package with the courier.

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns on items within 30 days from the day of shipment. All returns and replacements must have prior authorization by obtaining an RMA #. Items returned without an RMA # will be sent back without refund. Items authorized for return must be in like new condition with all original documentation and accessories, and must be in the original packaging. Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Special ordered items may not be eligible for return. Items that are defective can be replaced within 30 days with prior authorization and RMA #. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided. Items found not to be defective will be sent back. Please use the following checklist when submitting a return or replacement to ensure minimal delays.

Prices are subject to change at any time depending on market conditions and price fluctuations from our suppliers. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to price mistakes.
Occasionally we feature certain products at a reduced price. The sale price will be indicated below the manufacturer suggested retail price.

Viewing Orders
To access your order information, go to the Orders & Returns page and provide your Order ID, Billing Last Name, and Email Address or Zip code. Alternatively, you can also Sign In to your account and see your orders from the account dashboard.
When the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can use the tracking number to inquire additional information from the shipping courier about the current location and expected time of delivery.
