Shipping
We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Certain items require to be special ordered from the manufacturer or from our suppliers. In cases of unusual order delays, we will provide notification with an estimated time frame for shipment.
Upon order shipment, the order status will indicate shipment and the shipping courier along with tracking number, which may be used to track the location of the package with the courier.
Returns
We accept returns on items within 30 days from the day of shipment. All returns and replacements must have prior authorization by obtaining an RMA #. Items returned without an RMA # will be sent back without refund. Items authorized for return must be in like new condition with all original documentation and accessories, and must be in the original packaging. Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Special ordered items may not be eligible for return. Items that are defective can be replaced within 30 days with prior authorization and RMA #. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided. Items found not to be defective will be sent back. Please use the following checklist when submitting a return or replacement to ensure minimal delays.- Contact us to claim a return or replacement within 30 days to receive an RMA #.
